This class focuses on the Inosanto system of the Filipino martial arts. This class offers a program that introduces students to 12 main areas of targeting. This class also teaches the ranges of combat that apply to any weapon including, but not limited to single stick, double stick, stick & dagger, double dagger, panatukan (Filipino boxing), Sikaran (Filipino kicking methods), Maphalindo & Silat as handed down by Guro Inosanto.  This class requires that you have a set of rattan sticks and a training knife.  We will cover various methods of footwork and striking from various styles of Kali
