The Phase classes offer a very well defined rank structure as well as a strong base for everything else we do here at the Reed Academy. This class is a blend of the Filipino martial arts, French Savate, American Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Wing Chun, Jun Fan Gung Fu and Japanese Shoot Wrestling. The requirements for each level of this class is organized in to Notes that each student is given. This class is strongly recommended for the beginners.
